Paweł has nearly a decade of experience supporting companies in developing multi-year strategies for utilizing public assistance in innovation. He is a co-founder and former Board Member of InnovaTree Ltd, a renowned consulting firm specialized in securing non-refundable grants for R&D projects and investments. He has successfully obtained substantial non-dilutive and non-refundable grants from programs run by NCBR, ABM, and PARP. His interest in innovation and R&D was nurtured during his tenure at the National Center for Research and Development. His primary goal is to offer well-informed advice and support aimed at securing funding for innovative product development and manufacturing scale-up. Currently, as a CEO he is dedicated to developing Frontline Biosciences SA, as a unique advisory firm for the life sciences companies in the Polish market.
